Hi everyone, im trying to do the ketogenic diet, and im just starting. I really thought i did really well today, but when i added everything up i went over my calories by ALOT and ate double the amount of carbs i intended too....I really wanna do this but i dont know what to eat or how much of when. :( Help?

For most of my exercise during the week i do circus training in particular i practice aerial fabric (silks), its challenging and i know it kicks my bum, but im not sure how to put it into the exercise diary.
