Ketogenic Cycling Diet

Hi everyone, im trying to do the ketogenic diet, and im just starting. I really thought i did really well today, but when i added everything up i went over my calories by ALOT and ate double the amount of carbs i intended too....I really wanna do this but i dont know what to eat or how much of when. :( Help?

    Buy the New Atkins Revolution Book it will help explain what to eat and what not to eat. To get your body in ketognic stage you have to almot eat NO carbs, which means high fat products such as meat,cheese, creams, butters, and oils.
