Imputting Circus into the diary

Hi everyone! I have just begun tracking my food and exercise. For most of my exercise during the week i do circus training in particular i practice aerial fabric (silks), its challenging and i know it kicks my bum, but im not sure how to put it into the exercise diary. Any ideas or tips? I do it probably 4 times a week in 1-2 hr stretches each so i really want to know how to calculate that.

    3 words, 1 item: Heart Rate Monitor. Get one! They are very helpful in estimating calorie burn.
