Ive been trying to eat healthy and exercise since November. I started at 351lbs and got down to 318lbs but three weeks ago I hurt my foot and its knocked me down. I cant seem to get going again. I'm only averaging about 1700 calories a day and I feel great but my calorie allowance is 2200. I'm 350lbs and 5'11. I feel hungry but not overly hungy. I'm just trying to push it to the back of my mind. If my calories are too low how can i healthily add more calories. Thanks
