I'm only averaging about 1700 calories a day and I feel great but my calorie allowance is 2200. I'm 350lbs and 5'11. I feel hungry but not overly hungy. I'm just trying to push it to the back of my mind. If my calories are too low how can i healthily add more calories.
Thanks
Thanks

Eat more nuts & legumes. Don't use low-fat anything, stick with the full fat versions. Your body needs more calories than that, otherwise the weight loss will come to a halt & you'll just get frustrated.0
