Lifting...do it before or after cardio?
Hi, I have tried to research this topic but there are too many conflicting views ! I weight train about 4 times per week and like to fit some cardio (about 30-40 mins) around this. Does anyone have any views on whether to do the cardio before or after the weights please? Cheers.

Hi I have been exercising and eating well but I seem to be lost at what I am really meant to be doing when I go to the gym.
