I have Fitbit linked to my account. But I get inconsistent credit.
Some days, I get 11,000 steps on Fitbit and log my exercise and of course it adjusts (up or down) to the Fitbit value. But the next day, I get 11,000 steps and add my exercise and get a totally different credit for calories burned. One day, it’s 49, the next - 1,100. Same exercise, same steps. Why is this happening??

Fitbit steps instead of intense workouts?
Does anyone know if simply log my food and stay around 1500 calories a day AND ensure that I get my 10,000 steps tracked on Fitbit, but DON'T do any other workouts, will I still lose weight? My ability to do intense workouts is nonexistent. Thoughts anyone?

Steps tracking duplicating excersize logging on MFP?

Does the Fitbit automatically adjust to get to total calories burned, or am I falsely double counting? (Once as steps on Fitbit, and again as logged walking)?
