Eat more to weigh less
I have slowed on my weight loss and am not even getting close to my recommended calorie intake. I notice that I am not as hungry as I use to be before starting MFP. Not really hungry
Since I have started MFP my desire to eat has decreased immensly. I go to bed several nights a week with 200-300 calories left on my day. Is this normal? I am eating several times a day but not as hungry as I use to be and even if I see something I can't eat it all. Please Advise....
