Best HRM for indoors.
I want to get a heart rate monitor. I have heard the garmin 305 is really good, but is it what I want for indoors? I run at least a mile a day on a treadmill (working for longer-but I am short and am running at 4mph) I know its not great, but better than the couch. I then do JM 30 day shred.
