Calories burned in P90X Arms & Shoulders?
I was just wondering if anyone knew how many calories one burns doing the P90X workout for arms and shoulders? Since it's just strength training I can't imagine that it burns THAT much, but it would still help to get an accurate number so I can eat back the proper calories. Thanks! :)
