Need advice for losing 10 pounds :(

So I currently weigh 136 pounds and my goal is to weigh 125 or maybe a bit less. I want to lose around 10 pounds then. So far I think I'm doing good. I've lost three pounds since I joined (which was a little over a week ago). I'm pretty proud of myself but sometimes I can't help and feel discouraged. My max calorie intake is at 1200 calories a day. I do spinning class twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and on those days I also lift weights for my arms, meanwhile on Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday I walk on incline on my treadmill for 30 minutes. Sometimes though I don't feel like those things are enough and that I need to work-out more. I'm also terrified of having any cheat meals (even on the weekends) because I read somewhere that when you're trying to lose the last ten pounds you shouldn't have any cheat meals or days.
Do you guys have any advice or encouragement? It can be so hard to lose weight...especially when you're surrounded by people who eat whatever they want when they want...
