Ive been having trouble hitting high calories. Iam trying to do a bulk right now. Heres my question. If i eat 4-5 sandwhiches (turkey/salami) in one sitting once a day, is this a bad idea?
Hello everyone I started dieting today, I'm 5'11 , 210 pounds, 28.9 percent body fat and looking to trim the gut down a bit and build mass. Is 1950 calories a good amount for me??? I thought it was but I keep reading about people eating 2900 calories a day!! Please help!!!
