I want to have Almond Milk in my coffee instead of cows milk just as I prefer the taste however, every time I add it I'm it curdles. I tried heated it a bit then added it but I'm still getting curdling. I read on here all the time people using Almond Milk in Coffee. Help?! Any tips?
I do all my cardio on a stationary bike & I was wondering what affect this will have on my thighs? Am I likely to make my thighs bulky as this is my only exercise? I don't want a muscly bottom half & a normal top half. Help?'
