I do all my cardio on a stationary bike & I was wondering what affect this will have on my thighs? Am I likely to make my thighs bulky as this is my only exercise? I don't want a muscly bottom half & a normal top half.

Stationary Bikes are mostly for Cardio, your thighs might enlarge a little if you set the intensity up, but if you want to stay lean and limber, don't sweat the bike, try some Pilates, that is terrific for long and lean with toning without bulk.0

i wish gaining muscle was as easy as some girls think. I am eating around 3k calories a day and bust my *kitten* in the gym with heavy *kitten* weights and so far I've gained less than 7lbs in over 2 months.0
