water retention
I wake up in the morning and my fingers are puffy and takes awhile to go away. Also when I come back from walking, the same thing happens, I am always way under my sodium limit. I drink between 8-10 glasses of water a day. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks:frown:

Last night, I went for a 45 min walk, walking 3km, before I left I had no water retention in my fingers. By the time I got back, my fingers were swollen and in the morning I have the same problem. I am always under my sodium levels. Any suggestions? Thanks :frown:

understanding my calories level
As I am fairly new to MFP, which is very awesome, I am not sure if I am doing it right. My calorie goal is 1200 a day. Does that is the most I can eat to or can I eat over this level. I want to expand my food choices but don't want to screw it up, Thank for listening Heather:embarassed:
