NSV! I ran a mile! (First time... EVER!)
I ran a mile today for the first time in my life. Not a quarter mile, not a half mile, not run/walk/run/walk, a whole mile! It was a little slow and I only got up to 5.2mph but I did it!

Replacing calories from big burn?
I normally try to eat extra to cover the burned calories from any exercise I do since I understand the idea of net calories and having a daily/weekly goal for a set amount of weight loss. NSV! Set a new record on my bike, not bad for a fat boy!
I was very happy after my bike ride today. I really pushed myself and pulled off 20 miles around my neighborhood in less than 80 minutes! A year ago I could barely make it a mile, and 3 months ago it took my almost 2 hours! I am going to look into toe-clips and aero-bars so I can start working on more speed!
