Food Idea's Needed!
I need breakfast, lunch, dinner and sweet ideas/ recipes, ideally under 400cal, as I'm getting bored of cooking the same thing over and over again! As long as it doesnt resemble a stew, soup, casserole or includes tuna or salmon I'll be happy to eat it! I'm just afraid that if i eat the same things i'll get bored and fail…

Does anyone know a good healthy recipe for a Bran Muffin? I've found loads on the internet but none show how many calories, fat etc are in them.. can someone help? :)

New and needing some support! (I'm from the UK)
Hi All, Ive been on here nearly a week now and already I'm craving a chocolate, icecreams sweets but trying my hardest to resist. I think im in need of some motivation and support from others!
