Small but proud moment
I began 30 day Shred on Aug. 20th and am on Day 10 L1 today, took a couple days off in between to rest my knee. On day one I couldn't do 1 push up on my toes. Today, I did 6 push ups on my toes. Yeah, I feel like wonder women. Now I have to try and shower with jello arms. Wish me luck!

Has anyone read The Metabolic Typing Diet book?
My knee rehab guy suggested I read it and I have skimmed through it. It suggests that the right combinations of foods can work better with your Metabolic Type. They don't seem to be restricting your calories or foods. Just being mindful of how certian foods effect your mood, and energy levels among other things. Just…

Weight training calories burned?
Anyone have any idea how I can account for the calories burned during a weight training session lasting about 45 min. which includes 9 different sets with 12 reps each? I am totally sweating, I must be burning calories, just can't figure out how many were burned? Thanks so much!

Week 1 gained 1 1/2 pounds, help!
I started Chalean Extreme last Monday, started Shakeology last Thurs. been keeping track of all calories since last week and I gained 1 1/2 pounds.
