Hit my first goal.
I am 36 days in. And I reached the 15lbs lost this morning! So happy! I know I have a long Journey in front of me (started at 302..healthy weight range starts at 154)... I am excited I finally took the first steps on this journey

Moto body?
Does anyone use moto body for smart watches? It says I burn 3100 calories a day on average. I am set for 2lbs a week so 1000 cal a day deficit. MFP tells me to stick to 1660 cals a day... so I should be eating more if my smart watch app is correct... anyone have experience with this?

Days where you just want to eat everything?
So I've been good for 33 days. I've stayed at or under my 1,600 cal goal, i've lost 14 pounds in 1 month... and today I kind of want to eat a whole pizza, and maybe some brownies, and cheese curds.... and well.... anything else I think of. Some motivation to continue needed
Hello yall. I started this journey 28 days ago. I weighed 302 lbs. In the firsy two weeks I fell to 291 with diet and maybe 1 or 2 days of exercise.
