It has been a few years but I am back.
Hi my name is Krista. I lost about seventy pounds five years ago. Twenty were with my fitness pal. I kept it off for about three years. Almost two years ago I decided that working full time, going to school full time and taking care of a family with multiple special needs was a great idea. I was wrong about the great idea…

Small NSV jeans are a bit looser.
I have noticed that my jeans were looser today than they were last week at this time. Not sure if it was water weight or not but I have been trying to focus on my diet and am working on re-losing the ten pounds that I gained back durring my Achilles tendonitis injury which I still have but is much better.

I can't even do bodyweight squats without losing balance.
I finally worked up enough nerve to go over to the "mens side" and try to start the New Rules of Lifting for Women. One problem is that I cannot even do bodyweight squats without losing my balance let alone do them while trying to lift a bar. I am also thinking that NROLFW may not be for me since the workouts are a blt…
