I am doing my first 50k on March 9 and will probably be about 7 hours on the course I am guessing I will be eating real food. That is an long time without food even if you do not include the running 31 miles. Can someone recommend different things I could try on my long training runs? I have done peanut butter on tortillas…

I wish that MFP would put in some more running times for me to select from. I work really hard to get my times down from 11:00 to 10:30 minute miles on my long runs. The only choices I have are 10 or 11.5 minute miles??? It would be really nice to have running selectable in 30 second intervals. Anyone know where I can make…
