Any new moms out there? Breastfeeding Q's
Hi! New to the site and looking for new mom's who are also breastfeeding? I'm not sure how to calculate any extra calories for breast feeding. Any ideas? Cheers! EDIT: OOPS! Just found the posts about this and hoping that the site gets an update soon! Would be great to have an "exercise" of breastfeeding.
