OMG HELP! I never have thought that I would be waddling like a penguin today at work :sad: Today I will be going home to do my 3rd day of Level 1. When will it get better.? My calves even hurt soo much!! - my arms OMG!! Everything hurts! Im walking like my grandma I swear!! :sad:

Cooked Carrot vs Raw Carrots
New thing to me: my nutritionist told me that raw carrots tend to have less carbs than cooked. So she prefers that when I eat a carrot to have raw and not cooked. Does anyone know the reason? I stopped cooking carrots!!

Also to those who at the same time have got results from it.. since it a 30-35min workout, have you incorporated as well cardio?? like walking?? jogging?? Or is it enough to do the workout itself only?
