I've recently started this and I've gained like a 1lb in weight even though I've been excersising, could this be water weight? if so, how do I get rid of it?
I've posted in here a few times, but no-one has replied it's a little disheartening so I'm just wondering if people can actually see my posts?
That first lb is so frustrating, it's almost taking longer to start losing weight than it will once I've started losing it (I hope that made sense!) Any ideas on how to get that ball rolling? Just to see I've lost 1lb would be amazing!
I know I've already introduced myself on here when I first signed up, but I really haven't used it much since then, so it's almost like turning over a new leaf and writing my introduction on the other side! If there is anyone out there who uses this regularly that would be willing to help motivate me (which is no easy task…
I really don't think that I can lose weight on my own... I just don't have the motivation required to not eat as unhealthily and to start excersising more.. :( I would really appreciate it if some people out there would add me a friend and help me along this journey!
