Is anyone else doing Shaun T's T25 workout? I just started and I'm not sure the best way to log it in my exercises? How is anyone else doing it? Any tips are greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
I am thinking about adding pre and post workout supplements to my daily workouts but I'm not sure which products are the best. I have read about the Advocare post workout recovery drink and also the BioRhythm Afterglow? Has anyone tried either or both of these, which would you prefer?
