I'm 5,8, 191lb. . Pear shaped - my weight is mostly around my thighs and hips..have also started getting flabby arms too (bingo wings!) ... My legs are very weak due to knee/feet problems, so I am gently building up my exercise! Doing Ripped in 30 and brisk walks. Managed to stop my boredom eating - 3 healthy meals a day…
