I'm 5,8, 191lb. . Pear shaped - my weight is mostly around my thighs and hips..have also started getting flabby arms too (bingo wings!) ... My legs are very weak due to knee/feet problems, so I am gently building up my exercise! Doing Ripped in 30 and brisk walks. Managed to stop my boredom eating - 3 healthy meals a day and few fruit snacks.. Have no cravings for sugary foods either which is GREAT!
If there was anything I could change instantly on my body it would be my thighs...They are very flabby and have a lot of cellulite..I always wear long tops/jumpers and make sure my coats cover half my thighs - big confidence issue!!!
So anyone similar too me, same weight and dislikes their thighs?
