Hello! On paper I'm not in bad shape. 58 years old, 5' 10", 162 lbs. Problem is that my eating habits are terrible and I'm hoping to get on track. I exercise faithfully at the YMCA 5-6 times per week and do ballroom&swing dancing 1-3 times per week, so I'm active. Just can't get away from the junk food!!!!! Al :glasses:
