eating habits are terrible

Hello!

On paper I'm not in bad shape. 58 years old, 5' 10", 162 lbs. Problem is that my eating habits are terrible and I'm hoping to get on track. I exercise faithfully at the YMCA 5-6 times per week and do ballroom&swing dancing 1-3 times per week, so I'm active. Just can't get away from the junk food!!!!!

    What kind of foods are you eating?

    Do you feel like you eat out of convenience or just because you like junk food?

    PS - Don't feel bad. That's a problem for a lot of us :)
