Pain in my foot
I run a few times a week, work out with a PT once a week and kickbox once a week. I have a bad pain in the ball of my right foot which I think may be from running. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what did you do? I really don't want to give up the running as I am afraid once I stop I won't start back up.

Need help understanding how many calories to eat
I have it plugged I that I want to lose 1 pound a week, it tells me my calorie intake should be 1470. When I work out I end up with a additional 600 calories....so how much should I eat and how do I look atthe net calorie? Thanks

What is your best snack?
I need some ideas for snacks I can have during the day at work. Need some suggestions that have some (not a lot) of protein in them. thanks!

Two weeks in
Hi everyone.....was a lifetime WW but found this app when I got an IPad. What I like about this program is that it is teaching me about carbs, protein and sugars. On WW I simply looked at points and don't feel I learned a lot. I look forward to learning more
