Cucumber sandwich on odywise bread with red pepper dressing from epicure, 2.5 ounces of cheese. Though reading all these has made me hungry again!

I am a lifetime member of WW and have tried it a number of times over the last year with no success. I really loved the program when I initially lost my weight but for some reason I was just not making healthy choices on WW this time around. I find with MFP I am more conscious of what I am eating and if I were to liken it…

Hi there. I am Trish and joined MFP a long time ago but just started back using it. Down 7 lbs so far. Been using Nike Running app for over a year and. Love it! It kept me motivated while away this winter to maintain 3 runs a week. Have done a few 5 and 10 k runs and have a 10k run this weekend. Hope to share meal ideas…

If you have access to a pool aquacize would be perfect for you, easy onthe joints and can be a very effective workout. There are cd's available if you can't get to an actual class. Just remember to move a little more today then you did yesterday :). Good luck and welcome
