Hello! I'm not new - I have been on MFP since April. Two days ago I started eating more, from my MFP setting at 1540 cals to 1700 cals/day. I should probably be eating 1800+ but I'm a little worried about gaining weight back. I'm looking for like-minded friends who are also trying to do the same thing :) .

How long did it take people you work with or otherwise see every day to notice you've lost weight, or at least say something? I'm just curious. A friend who recently lost a ton of weight said she was almost at her goal when someone finally said something to her.

confused by goal change - calories and fitness
Hello! I have been using myfitnesspal for a little over 4 months now. I have lost 17 lbs which I am beyond ecstatic about.
