Hi All, Today is the first day of my dukan diet, I am on the attack phase...any advice for me would be appreciated, I'm having a muller light yoghurt (vanilla) with 1and a half tbls of oat bran, and a glass of 7up free for breakfast (I'm a big hungover and craved the 7up) Doest that sound ok?
Hi All, I was hoping that you could give me some advice, I am finding it extremely difficult to stay within my 1200 calories, and I am going over this on a daily basis. Have you any tips on snack that keep you feeling fuller for longer that are very low in calories, I guess I am just eating a lot of the wrong things :(
