Expected Gains?!?
At the moment my 1RM for bench press is 95kg. I'm currently doing weights training 4 days a week (different areas each day) and for my bench press am doing 3 sets of 76kg x 10 on my chest days (along with other exercises). WPI or WPC??
Which protein form is better, and why?? I know that WPI is absorbed faster, but haven't studies shown that the time difference is only about 10 minutes?!?! I think that WPI is also a more pure supplement as well, with less carbs and less fat- correct me if I'm wrong?!?
