Oh yeah.......................maybe thats not a good thing for someone your weight. My resting heart weight is around 47bp/m- but I'm 6'2" and am 187lb.

Thats a good thing- the lower it is, the fitter you are. It means that your heart doesn't have to work as hard to get blood and oxygen to the muscles/ organs, and you'll be able to run/ workout for longer. You'll find that if you do a lot of long distance running your RHR will be much lower.

I've tried going without them, as well as having them immediately after a workout- I've found that my recovery time is speed up incredibly when I have a shake straight away. I can be sore for up to 4 days when I don't have one, but I've never been sore for more than 2 days when I have one (it could well vary from person to…

If you stay under your goal for the day, don't stress it. Calories are calories- they don't know if they're been eaten at night or in the morning!!!!
-
Just make sure you're serious about it and you have routine to follow- if you aimlessly throw weights around and have no definite structure you'll be appear to not be serious about lifting. If you're focused, though, and follow a plan, you'll be accepted as an equal.

Cheat days will set you back, but cheat meals once a week- once a fortnight are beneficial/ ok.

Did you add the calories or kilojoules??

Lifting in this manner keeps the muscle under constant tension, and can therefore work the muscle group more. Weight lifters use this method of lifting to increase their overall lift strength- it helps to build up the muscle, and in turn allows for a greater weight to be lifted when using a full range of motion. It also…

Its a quick and convenient way to supply your muscles with protein (which is needed for muscle growth and repair), so go for it!! As long as you stay within your calorie range though.

So you didn't feel too stuffed for the abs workout??
-
No way- if a trainer looks good, then you know that they know what they're on about and have proved it!! If they were obese they could be just spewing out a heap of theoretical bs that they picked up off the internet!! You have to practice what you preach!!

Lean, with some definition: yeah sure!! Heavily muscled and bodybuilder looking: no!! It's each to their own though- and a well defined and muscular chick is always going to look better than a fat and overweight person!!

I personally had a lot of success with MuscleTech's Hodroxycut Hardcore. I took them for about 12 weeks and lost 10kg in this time. I've always been a big eater, and giving up food has always been hard for me, but when taking the pills as directed (and drinking a heap of water) I found that I wasn't hungry and was able to…

We all react, respond and deal with crisis's in our lives in very different ways- no two people are the same, so you can't expect any two reactions to be the same!!

Before I started Insanity (I'm starting week 2 tomorrow) I could run 7km without stopping, do 50 push-ups, 15 chin-ups, 50 bench dips and 50 sit-ups...............................I considered myself pretty fit!! But the workouts in Insanity are beyond that- I'm not too sure how much you can really prepare for it?!? Even…
