protein bars or shakes better for you??
I generally don't get enough protein because I'm not a big fan of a lot of big protein foods so I try to add in protein bars or shakes. But I'm wondering which one is better overall for me?? day started off badly :/ need to get it on track asap!!
Help! I woke up this morning with absolutely no motivation and wanted to eat and eat. I did and now I feel so frustrated and guilty for overeating. I did a short workout video to try to help but I know that wasn't nearly enough to make up for all the extra calories I ate :/ I am still feeling defeated.

Getting frustrated :/
I do so well when I am in a good mood and life seems to be going along without any problems . BUT as soon as something happens or things go wrong my motivation disappears and I start making bad choices and eating things I know I shouldn't. Amy ideas to help me when I can't count on motivation ??

Getting better! !
I ran 10 miles yesterday! I'm getting closer and closer to my goal of being able to run a half marathon :) I'm so excited I just had to let everyone know! This has taken me such a long time to get to this point.
