Just for today I will: Plan my meals/snacks Mow the lawn Walk or do a workout video Relax and enjoy my day Sundays r hard for me to be productive and feel good so I want to get in a mix of activity and relaxation. Hopefully I will have a good day!

I really like this thread. One day at a time is such simple but positive way to take on a big challenge like losing weight and staying healthy! Just for today I will: 1. Log everything I eat 2. Eat only when I am hungry, not because of my emotions 3. Be kind to Myself 4. Don't use all or nothing thinking

Thanks guys. I have a really hard time with all or nothing thinking. Thanks for the support and suggestions. I knew I over ate and so I didn't dare log it because I didn't want to get feeling even worse about myself. :/

I suffer from this as well. I think I do it to numb my feelings and thoughts. If I've had a rough day, I use food as a way of "relaxing" although it doesn't actually relax me. When I know I've eaten more than i should, I get anxious and feel horrible but I usually keep eating. It's ridiculous to do when u think about it…

I have tried most of the Quest bars and a few are not good at all. But I love love the white chocolate raspberry kind and I like the chocolate chip cookie dough too!! :)

I'm with you there! I tend to do the same thing. I feel like my mind shuts off and I eat for something to do. :/
