would love to hear some success stories on anyone here with thick thighs - hour glass/pear shaped and what has worked for you as far as cardio/exercising and your meal plan.. did you watch for any macros? :)

does low carb mean.. cut the bread?
i'm trying to aim for under 60g carbs a day and high fat/protein.. since doing low carb, my macros should be high with healthy fats/protein right? i know that with lower carbs i lose weight easily rather than high carbs... was wondering if this means to cut out the bread? :( i LOOOOVE bread!!

I have trouble cutting bread...
anyone here had great success with consistent weight loss while still eating bread? I can't seem to give bread up at all.. regardless if it's whole wheat/grain.. i have about 2-3 slices a day..
