I doubt this. I've been doing squats & lunges for about over a month and a half... along with running on the treadmill. I do not eat anything "processed" either.. I eat healthy and cut out bread, pasta, junk food, sweets, all the bad stuff.

HIIT is GREAT for fat loss!! 5 min warm up - 4.0 walk 7.0 - Run for 2 min 6.0 - Jog 1 min 4.5 - Walk Repeat for 20 mins or however long you'd like!!

I totally agree..... i've tried doing the whole low carb thing before and cutting out all grains/wheat from my meal plan and I totally failed... or eventually put the weight back on once I started eating whole wheat bread again.. all in moderation girly and if you're eating at a deficit and working out i don't see an…

<~~~ pear shape here!! BUMP because i'd love to hear feed back on what has worked for others as well! me - i have to watch my carb intake and i do alot of cardio.. for at least 45 mins! everyone is different tho!

trying to eat low carb, high protein.. as I tend to gain weight from eating carbs from grains/wheat which i'm trying to cut down

but MFP has me set to 1,200 NET cals.. why should I up my cals?

thanks for the advice everyone... but it's been 3 weeks since i've been trying to eat clean and going to the gym 3 times a week (mainly cardio) and i lost only 2 lbs.. i don't get it.. my sugar is always under 15g, sodium under 900... only eating complex carbs.. :(
