HIIT for overall fat loss.. it WORKS!
I've been doing HIIT on the treadmill for about 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs!! I can't run for long so I do a 4.0 two minute walk then 6.0 run for 2 min and alternate for about 45 mins.. it has worked for me and I can't wait for more progress.. has anyone had success with HIIT??
