5'6 and 150lbs?

Hey! I know everyone is different, but I'd like to get a rough estimate of what a 5'6, 150lb girl looks like. That's my UGW, but I want to make sure it's not too big or small, and it would also renew motivation. (:

    Hey I hope this is helpful. The first is me (5'6") at 156 pounds and no I was not pregnant haha The second is me around 140. The third is me at 130.

    Wow, that's awesome! Can I ask you kind of a weird/personal question? Obviously fat is fat so whatever kind I lose I'm going to be happy, I was just wondering if you noticed your chest shrinking much. I've seen a lot of different results, but I'm assuming it changes for everyone like everything else does?

    Thank you so much! This is my goal weight as well, chosen because it's the first weight within the healthy BMI range. But good to know what this actually looks like!

    This third pic was last week. Now I fluctuate between 153 and 151 and I am a size 6 or 8. Still working. Just started strength training and trying to tone.

    Haha no, that is what I'm trying to get BACK to. Hence "was". I'm 172 right now

    I'm 5'4.5 and about 140, so maybe similar to me? It really depends on body shape and muscle.

    There's also this website: http://www.mybodygallery.com where you can enter a height, weight, body shape, and clothing size and see pictures of real women who fit the description.

    To answer your question: I didn't really loose any size in my chest. Total I drop 31 pounds and still kept my D's! Everyone is different of course but at least thats how it was for me.

  • You will lose boob no matter what, and how fast depends on your particular body and genetics. You will lose more boob if you do chest exercises, or if you do push-ups with your hands wide apart; keep your hands close during push-ups and you'll work more of your triceps and shoulders. I never had much boobage to begin with, so you can't really tell a difference with me, but I'm 5'6" and in my profile pic I am 140lbs, and in the retro looking pic in my photos I was 150lbs, and the other pic (showing my tummy) I was somewhere in between those two weights.
