What's the difference between carbs from fruit versus beads and pasta. Do those carbs hurt you if you're watching your carb intake?

question about maintaining once I hit goal
I am only a couple lbs from meeting my goal. I am wondering how do you determine how to up your calories to stop the weight loss but not too much so you gain weight back? I am not sure how to do this or how high to go?

looking for tasty recipes for comfort foods like soups, stews, pasta etc that have very little sodium. On a very restricted no sodium diet and having trouble cooking stuff that tastes good or any good recipe for that matter
