I've been with "mfp" for a month. At the end of the day when I've completed my input, and it tells me where I will be in 5 weeks I like what the estimated results would be. I'm exercising daily, eating heath & under my calorie intake even lost 4 lbs. what can I change to make the computer 5 week estimate become a reality?
