Pre-baby weight!!!
Just had to scream it from the rooftop! I'm finally at pre-baby weight!! 25lbs with MFP! 45 total! Yay! (now if I can only get back down to pre-marriage weight!) :0)

Workouts between C25K?
Hi! I just started doing C25K last week and I was wondering what to do on the days between runs. Before I started I would either do a FIRM workout, walk or workout with the Kinnect almost every day. What do you guys do on days you don't run? Thanks :)
