Workouts between C25K?

Hi! I just started doing C25K last week and I was wondering what to do on the days between runs. Before I started I would either do a FIRM workout, walk or workout with the Kinnect almost every day. What do you guys do on days you don't run? Thanks :)

    Strength train.

    Works out a bit like this :
    Sunday C25K
    Monday Strength
    Tuesday C25K
    Wednesday Rest
    Thursday Strength
    Friday C25K
    Saturday Strength

    I strength train also. Since I am in the midst of training for a half marathon, my normal week looks like the following:
    Monday - Upper body/core/abs plus light treadmill walking
    Tuesday - Run
    Wednesday - Lower body/core/abs plus light treadmill walking
    Thursday - Run
    Friday - Upper body/care/abs plus light treadmill walking
    Saturday - Long run
    Sunday - Rest or just light treadmill walking and yoga/stretching

    I do yoga and weights and general activities such as biking, kayaking, hiking. If I know I will be very active, I plan my C25K day around my schedule that week so I don't over-exert.
