Level Progression
I did day five of level one saturday and it was extremely easy. I only felt pain during two of the compound strength moves. . . Should i stay with level one for the entire ten days or move on sooner? I've also heard level two is a million times worse :( bahhhhha.

I'm debating if i should get 30 Day Shred or Ripped In 30. What's the difference for results? I personally want to tone not lose weight.
