What are some of your diet staple foods?

Too much protein?
Is there really such thing as too much protein? I go over my protein "limit" in my food diary by an average of 10-35g a day. My carb, fat, and calories are always within limits though. I work out about 5-6 times a week, usually at least an hour. I've also been talking a multivitamin and vitamin b complex, if that matters.…
