What are some of your diet staple foods?

I've found that ever since I started with MFP I've been stuck in a rut of eating the same foods almost every day. On most days I will have coffee and either greek yogurt or special k cereal with skim milk for breakfast. For lunch it's usually either a salad, or scrambled egg whites and greek yogurt, or a frozen dinner like smart ones. For dinner I usually eat either a protein shake or a frozen dinner.
I was wondering what some foods are that all of you eat a lot, hopefully I could take some ideas from it and branch out a bit.

Brown rice, greek yogurt, beans, whole grain cereals, garden greens, fresh fruit, dried fruit chicken, fish, lean pork.
I cook rice, and cereal and sometime beans in a rice cooker. Makes better cereal and can leave unattended. Grill chicken, fish and pork on george foreman grill or stir fry. Common snacks are tzatziki tuna salad, yams, organic peanut butter or laura scudders, whole grain rolls and english muffins, dried fruit, hummus. I have lost 60 lbs. but am trying to gain back 2-5. Due to my activity, I'm now knocking down about 3000 calories or more and not really gaining.0 -

Fish and other seafood. Beans of all kinds. Brown and wild rice. Veggies - lots and lots of veggies. Most often they are roasted or stir fried (I'm not a huge fan of salads). Peanut butter and hummus. Low sodium V8.0

If you like french fries, I would try Alexia sweet potato fries (I get chipotle style) or Alexia rosemary potato wedges. I really like both of these and I don't even like sweet potatos and they're about 130 calories per serving.
I find them in the "natural" section of my local Kroger's.0 -
I pretty much have the same dinner everyday; an assortment of vegetables and some sort of pasta. I eat a lot of fruit and veg and also yoghurt. I wouldn't worry about eating the same things everyday, as long as they aren't bad for you then it's doing no damage!0
