HR higher with a cold
I usually train with use of a HR monitor. This week I have had a cold. Not a bad one, but just stuffed up. I noticed on my runs, when I am running, my HR is about 10 beats higher at same levels. Is this normal? Thanks

runkeeper 16 week sub 2 half marathon plan
Has anyone used this training program before? I like the fact that the off days are mon and fri. I might use those days off to start incorporating some weight training.

Flying Pirate Half Marathon / PR
Completed the Flying Pirate Half Apri 16th. Wanted to get under 2:00:00. Ended up with 2:00:44. Next time. I am very pleased with my time however. I PR'd by 13 minutes and had a great time. Next Half - June 15th (Double Creek half PA) Best wishes to all of those training hard and have upcoming races.
