TurboFire and Low Carb Diet
Hi, Is anyone doing turbofire and following a low carb diet? Would love to hear about your success/results? It doesn't have to be extreme low carb either. I believe in choosing the right carbs but keeping them to a minimum. Thanks!!

Anyone still on Level 2
I'm still on Level 2 Day 5 for me. I have been incorporating C25K plus other training as well and I did take a few rest days because body needed it and life happened i.e. weddings and funeral. Still going strong, I will just finish a week after the fierce ones who have been pushing thru without stopping. Way to go everyone…

Moving to Level 2 sooner
Anyone thought about moving to level 2 sooner than waiting 10 days. I did Day 5 today and some of level 2 today. I guess with all the other workouts I'm doing, my endurance level is growing and I'm finding I'm getting bored with level 1.
